Direct warping machines are designed for warping the yarn on section beams. According to the different types of yarn, the warping machine was divided as filament warping machine, elastic warping machine, and split warping machine for processing the yarn from nature fiber, spandex, mother yarn, etc.
Warping machine is developed under the high precise computer-controlled system, which reduces the waster of raw material, and achieves the equal tension of the yarn. The wide beam and big diameter beam can be processed on our tailed made big warper which brings high efficiency for the end-user.
Due to its strong stretchability and high friction coefficient between the yarn guide parts, spandex is not easy to warp. During warping, maintaining minimum rubbing yarns, constant drawability, constant warp tension length and number of warp layers within all warp tensions are prerequisites for smooth weaving. In order to meet these conditions, a special spandex warping machine must be used.
The working process of the DSE21/30 spandex warping machine is: the spandex yarn is actively and evenly sent out from the bobbin on the frame, and formed into a piece of yarn through a splitting reed; the piece of yarn passes through the balance drafting roller device, and then passes through the herringbone reed assembly Fixed width, evenly wound on the warp beam; when it is necessary to stop, all parts of the machine can be braked synchronously. In this way, constant line speed, constant tension and constant draft warping can be achieved, and the consistency of winding, circumference and density of spandex yarns on the same warp beams in the same group can be improved, and high-quality warp knitting can be provided for the next warp knitting link and raw material.
