The QY4DRY-10000 air-flow softening finishing machine, based on the principle of aerodynamics, uses air as power. It utilizes powerful air flow to draw the fabric into the Venturi tube in a rope form under high temperature and high pressure. Inside the tube, the fabric is rubbed by the air flow and then ejected from the tube. During the process of losing pressure, the fabric expands and is then thrown to the release grid plate. Then it falls into the chassis slide, gently slides through the Teflon plate to the front of the machine, and after multiple cycle treatments, the fabric can obtain a unique style.



MACHINE APPLOCATION:
The air-flow fabric granulation machine is mainly suitable for the drying and softening finishing of woven cotton and linen, as well as the circular drying and granulation finishing of chemical fiber cashmere products, such as TC, CVC granular fleece, coral fleece, flannel, soft cotton fleece, velvet, super soft fleece, PV fleece, Arctic fleece and other fabrics. After being processed by machines, the fabric feels softer to the touch, and its appearance becomes fluffy and elastic, providing higher added value for customers' products.
